Without interruption\, this Zaan swing band—comprising 21 amateur and professional musicians—has been rehearsing\, performing\, and making its mark ever since. The orchestra is now led by pianist Emiel Bothenius and sounds and swings like never before. The music consists of swinging pieces from the repertoire of the great swing bands\, including Count Basie\, Glenn Miller\, and Tommy Dorsey\, and is perfect for listening to\, but of course also ideal for dancing!
