WHAT TO EXPECT:
Workshop I: Superfollows As follows, we can operate and have fun on so many dimensions! Let’s explore them ALL: 1. Independent follow technic & footwork 2. Call & response in follow position 3. Back leading/follow initiation
Workshop II: Swing Out Variations How many swing outs do you think you know? Well, we gonna have fun as I am sure we can share a few more surprising ones with you!
Requirements: For both workshops, we will need you to be able to lead and follow a swing out. The swing outs don’t need to be perfect, but you need to understand the dynamics of a swing out even if those are still challenging.
